Anita Kishore, PhD, ACC

A former scientist & management consultant, Anita brings an open, honest and direct approach from her global experience consulting and coaching diverse clients.  Anita focuses in professional services, pharma, and public service and has coached hundreds of underrepresented minority leaders. Anita works with high IQ individuals to help them tap into their EQ to be better leaders.  Anita also teaches Leadership as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the New York University Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and with the National Institutes of Health.

​Anita received her coaching certification through iCoach Professional Coaching Program in 2020 and earned her ACC Credential from the International Coaching Federation.  She is certified in MBTI, EQ-i 2.0 / EQ-360, and The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and leads DiSC profile assessments.  She hails from rural Kansas and now lives in the world’s most diverse neighborhood: Jackson Heights, New York.  Anita holds degrees in chemistry from Yale University (BS), the University of Melbourne (MSc), and the University of Georgia (PhD) and an MPA from the NYU Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. She is training to be a mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) led by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield.
