Sarah Savella, MA, PCC

Sarah truly understands the complexities of leading in today’s organizations, and as an Executive Coach, combines her passion for developing leaders with experience navigating corporate change. Her work has taken her across industries, including technology, financial services, retail and luxury goods, media and agency, medical and healthcare, and consumer services. She has a niche coaching first time executives in fast scaling, high growth companies.

 

Sarah is a PCC accredited Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation and completed her certification in Executive Coaching at Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business through iCoachNYC. Her assessment and learning certifications include Hogan, GallupStrengths, DiSC, Workplace Big 5, Emotional Intelligence, Fierce Conversations, Situational Leadership, and Lateral Thinking. She received her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU and her BA in Psychology from Emory University.
